By creating a business profile on Trust.Reviews (the "Website") you accept these guidelines for processing personal data on the Website.
1. Collecting information on the website
1.1. Company data
When you create a business profile on the Website, we collect the following master data:
Your name
password
and your email address.
The purpose of the collection of this information is to identify you as a customer when you log on to the Website.
Furthermore, you can choose to add more information to your business profile, such as your details, website and company information.
If you are a customer of Trust.Reviews, we also collect information relevant to the fulfillment of the agreement between you and us.
1.2. Reviews
When you write a reply to a review made by a user about your company, we collect the information you state in the reply, including company details and your name.
1.3. Cookies
Trust.Reviews uses cookies. Cookies are digital information which is stored on your computer.
The cookie does not identify the individual user but the user's computer, and it's for instance used for measuring Website traffic for the purpose of producing anonymous statistics in order to improve the functionality of the Website and to get the Website to work.

1.4 IP Addresses
When visiting the Website, the IP address of your computer is registered. The IP address is the numerical address of the computer used when visiting the Website.
The IP address is registered to enable Trust.Reviews to trace the used computer in case of misuse or unlawful actions in connection with the visit on or use of the Website.
Further, the IP address is used to derive your approximate location (city level).
2. Disclosure of data
2.1. Disclosure of data not he website
Company Data:
The company information you insert when signing up or when updating your company profile page will be available for other users of the Website.
Other Information:
Other information provided by you on the Website, including your replies to users' reviews, are automatically made available for other users of the Website.
2.2. Disclosure to other services
A main purpose of the Website is to increase the exposure and the availability of the reviews made on the Website.
Hence, we permit other third party services to show the reviews, including but not limited to companies' replies, created on the Website thus increasing other consumers' knowledge of Trust.Reviews and the reviews.
We do not share any personal contactable data with these companies.
2.3. Other disclosure
Trust.Reviews may be required to disclose information by a court order from a competent court of law or public authority in accordance with the existing legislation.
As the Data Controller we allow the companies being reviewed to see contactable data provided by the reviewer, in a secure digital environment.
3. Data controller vs data processing
In basic terms if the Company (Client) sends invitations to it's customers/users inviting them to review the Company on Trust.Reviews, the Company is classed as the data controller and Trust.Reviews is classed as the data processor.
Once a review has been written Trust.Reviews becomes the data controller as the reviewer would have agreed to our User Privacy Policy.
For Users, who made payment to Trust.Reviews
Our users acknowledge the following personal data stored in the user account of Trust Reviews LTD in the user database of Trust.Reviews will be handed over to Hetzner Online GmbH. and is trusted as data processor.
The data transferred by the data controller are the following: customer name, address, email address, vat number

3.1. Data controller
Trust.Reviews becomes the data controller once a review has been written.
3.2. Data processor
By accepting this privacy policy you accept Trust.Reviews is an authorized data processor for the date you are the data controller of. By accepting this privacy policy you give instructions to Trust.Reviews to be the data processor in accordance with your privacy policy and GDPR.
All data passed to Trust.Reviews will be deleted after 30 days unless a review is written, in which case Trust.Reviews would become the data controller and the reviewer would be agreeing to our User Privacy Policy.
4. Data processing agreement
Trust.Reviews shall regulate the data processing activities to be carried out in accordance with the services offered by Trust.Reviews.
By logging into the admin dashboard you are agreeing to the details set forth in the data processing agreement.
5. Security Measures
Trust.Reviews will see to that the recorded data, including the personal information, is handled carefully and protected properly following the currently applicable safety standards.
Trust.Reviews regularly audits it's system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.
However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, Trust.Reviews cannot ensure or warrant the security of information you transmit to Trust.Reviews.

We use cookies and/or similar technologies to analyze customer behavior, administer the website, track users' movements, and to collect information about users. This is done in order to personalize and enhance your experience with us.
