Walter Guglielmi – General Manager
Walter spent the early part of his working life in accounting with an international accounting firm. His experience spans all areas of accounting including audit, taxation and business services, as well as spending the latter part of his career as a registered liquidator.
On the commercial side, Walter was the CFO for a multinational food wholesaling business and the CFO and Company Secretary for a listed property investment and development group.
Walter has worked for the group for more than 25 years and is the cornerstone of the organisation. His expertise and wisdom expand across the organisation and is held in the highest regard.
Shane Brown – National Property Manager
With over 30 years’ experience across Commercial, Industrial and Retail Asset & Property Management, Shane brings a diverse level of strategic and operational expertise to the group. Leading teams across a number of complex properties and portfolios throughout his career, Shane carries key attributes developed through exposure within diversified roles in the property industry.
Shane joined our team in 2020 as the National Property Manager and focuses on acquisitions, developments, re-developments, leasing and core operational & general asset management.
Andrew Hirst – Group Financial Controller
With a career centred on the banking and finance industry, Andrew’s background particularly focuses on property finance, investment and corporate wealth.
Joining our team in 2016, he brings with him experience in several senior executive positions, and exposure across the capital spectrum from senior debt to mezzanine and equity positions.
Andrew’s diverse knowledge and experience also enhances compliance and governance within the group. His adaptability provides useful intelligence across the organisation.
