Adam Sebastiano - DIRECTOR
With a background in retail businesses and pharmacy, Adam oversees the hospitality arm of the organisation. This encompasses a dynamic range of enterprises with his main focus being venue management, marketing and manufacturing.
Adam has a passionate and strong business mind that can apply itself to many industries. His skills and knowledge have brought a courageous strength to the group that has been crucial in planning and development opportunities. He continues to empower those around him to succeed and grow with the business.
Adam is active with local community groups and is a valued Director of The Fred Liuzzi Foundation. His generosity and compassion is invaluable to the groups he has supported for many years.
Alfonso Liuzzi - DIRECTOR
A specialist in retail and commercial property with a strong background in law and I.T., Alfonso focusses on the Property Portfolio for the Group including leasing, acquisitions and developments.
Alfonso is a charismatic and affable personality who relates to all members of the business community. His extensive work in the retail, commercial and industrial sectors spans across the Eastern seaboard providing an informed understanding of the Australian property market.
Alfonso is a strategic influence in the groups acquisitions and varied investments and provides useful insight and expertise from his years of priceless experience.
In more recent years he brings his experience and knowledge from the commercial sector to charitable organisations very close to his heart, including as a Board Member of The Fred Liuzzi Foundation.
Elena Liuzzi - DIRECTOR
With her strong experience in business management and a focus on the banking and finance sectors, Elena is responsible for the financial structure of the organisation. She uses her extensive experience in enterprise management, to maintain the organisations compliance, HR and financial management.
Elena has a professional and diplomatic approach to the organisation and brings a positive sense of unity and guidance to the group. She directs the administrative sector of each department and implements system enhancements.
Her charitable work with The Fred Liuzzi Foundation is an ongoing passion for Elena and her work includes her position as Financial Director. She is an active member of the Event Management and Medical Boards which manages the foundations fundraising and funded charitable projects.
Renato Liuzzi - DIRECTOR
Heading up the construction division of Liuzzi Property Group, Renato is a Commercial Registered Building Practitioner with particular expertise in building layout and design. He oversees the planning and build of all projects and developments as well as ensuring all repairs, maintenance and capital works are conducted to the highest of standards.
Renato has an eye for detail and brings a priceless skill set to the organisation. His ability to visualise architectural design and site potential is a talent that adds immeasurable value to the group’s projects.
His methodical and thoughtful management style brings a rare perspective to the organisation. Recently he took on the demanding role as Chair of The Fred Liuzzi Foundation and has applied himself and enhanced the charitable work of the family.
Margherita DiPietro - DIRECTOR
Margherita has developed a flare for interior design, style and product sourcing. She uses these skills to help bring Liuzzi Property Group projects to life with efficiency and finesse.
Bringing a unique energy to the Group, Margherita has always been involved in fundraising and currently serves The Fred Liuzzi Foundation as its Secretary. Her role as creative director adds a stylish flare and elegance to The Fred Liuzzi Foundations fundraising events.
She is an integral part of our organisation and continues to develop her skills and knowledge across the group.
