Page Text: Learn about our team and our advisors. The Team RJ Bee Co-Founder and CEO RJ’s background is in storytelling and communications. He channeled his lifelong passion for music into the Helping Friendly Podcast, which he co-founded in 2013. As CEO, RJ is responsible for leading and growing Osiris. He brings expertise in strategic growth, storytelling and marketing, most recently as SVP at Hattaway Communications. RJ has a BA from The Ohio State University and an MA from the University of Chicago. Tom Marshall Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer Tom is the primary lyricist and songwriter for the band Phish, with over 300 songs to his name. Tom also has a technical background, having graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in Computer Science. Tom recently completed the sale of his music company LyricMachine to an Atlanta-based entertainment company. Tom is now a successful music podcaster, having launched Under The Scales in November 2016 and achieving more than a million downloads in the first season. Kirsten Cluthe COO Kirsten is a producer with a background in programming, production, and talent management. Her career began at CAA supporting concert tour booking and she has spent the better part of the last two decades programming and producing concerts, festivals, and events for entertainment, tech, and media clients. She became a founding partner of Revoice Media in 2018, producing podcasts for Old 97s frontman Rhett Miller and percussion brand Latin Percussion. In 2020, she joined Osiris to guide operations, including show development, production, and partnerships. Greg Stangel Managing Director, Sales Greg brings decades of expertise and leadership in brand partnership sales. Prior to joining Osiris, Greg held senior sales roles at iconic organizations across the sports, entertainment and media business, including the National Hockey League, New York Mets, Creative Artists Agency, and Fox Networks Group. During his time at CAA, Stangel was a senior member of the agency’s global sports property sales team, leading naming rights and founding partnership sales efforts on behalf of clients such as Madison Square Garden, the Golden State Warriors, Major League Baseball, and Riot Games. Matt Dwyer Managing Director, Production Matt brings his background supporting business processes with technology as well as his passion for music to Osiris, having spent nearly 15 years helping software startups grow through leadership in Product Management, Professional Services, and Customer Support. With a focus on creating high quality audio experiences, he has also served as the audio producer of several of Osiris’ early successes including After Midnight, Festival Circuit: New Orleans, Undermine, and Eric Krasno Plus One. Matt holds a BS from The Pennsylvania State University in Management Information Systems. Brad Stratton Creative Director, Production Brad Stratton is an audio professional with a wide range of experience as a producer, editor and creative. Prior to joining Osiris, Brad served as Head of Music for Publicis/NY, and Executive producer for Fluid, Sound Lounge and BANG. His work for Osiris includes new show development, production, editorial and mixing for Osiris originals, and general production guidance for the Osiris roster. Christina Collins Director, Ad Ops and Partnerships Christina’s background is in traditional and digital advertising. At Osiris, she is responsible for managing business operations, advertising operations, podcaster community relations, and events. She also assists with content production & strategic partnerships. Christina graduated from Georgetown University with a BS in International Business & Marketing. Brian Brinkman Director of Content Brian brings a passion for storytelling and a deep knowledge of music to Osiris Media. Brian is focused on developing engaged, insightful, and consistent weekly shows on Osiris Media, which provide listeners with more meaningful insights into the artists they love. Following a decade in international higher education, Brian started the Beyond The Pond podcast in 2017, quickly growing the show. Focused on unearthing the subtle aspects of a narrative, Brian oversees production for Undermine, 36 From The Vault, HFPod On Tour, and as the Executive Producer for The Great Beyond and Inappropriate Happiness. Brian holds a BA in European and Islamic History from The University of Montana. Nick Cejas Director, Audience Engagement Nick is a social media and digital communications expert, creating content that engages and drives traffic for all Osiris podcasts and initiatives. Nick has worked with a wide range of clients, and has a knack for bringing a voice to brands and exposing new audiences to new content. At Osiris, Nick leads all external communications and outreach, and helps develop strategies for audience growth.
