An active Certified Life Coach willing to help and mentor others.
Available to help you define your values and goals, and then guide you to reach them successfully.
His five core values are: honesty, authenticity, loyalty, consistency and efficiency.
His skills are: listening and helping, life balance, organizing and planning, budgeting, investing, entrepreneurship and more.
Life Journey, so far:
Born in Paris, France, with dual French and American Citizenship, enjoying many years in America.
Worked several entry-level positions while establishing a foothold in the United States, including a stint as a background actor in Hollywood, and as an intern for a bank in New York. Both experiences paying him $8 an hour.
Returned to France to advance his academic studies, graduating from one of the top business schools in France: EM Lyon Business School. Graduated with a challenging triple major in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Sales.
Volunteered in Laos, South-East Asia teaching children French.
In 2000, co-founded Paris-based online media agency AWE.fr, becoming the largest agency client of Google France at the time, and later expanded to offices in Shanghai, China. AWE.fr was sold in 2020 to a large privately-owned French marketing group.
After moving back to the United States in 2010, founded USA-IMMO.com specializing in foreign residential real estate investments in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia, USA.
That business continues to grow and has helped more than 200 families to date, from 15 countries around the world to successfully invest in more than 600 rental properties (single family homes), providing them with a turnkey solution for passive incomes.
With a goal of providing affordable and updated homes, the business has significantly contributed to the revitalization of distressed areas across the USA, including: Birmingham and Huntsville, Alabama, Tampa, Florida, and Atlanta, Georgia.
By following his core values, he has successfully built a significant portfolio of assets based on: numerous rental properties, international stocks market investments, and investments in non-listed startups. He has done so while keeping his debt close to zero.
Co-Author of the book: "Real Estate Investing for Women: Expert Conversations to Increase Wealth and Happiness the Blissful Way" with Moneeka Sawyer, international Best Seller in 2020.
Fluent in both English and French and working toward fluency in Spanish.
