WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?
The coach helps to guide clients out of their comfort zones, toward goals they truly want to reach.
Clients don’t just invest in life coaching sessions; they invest in the outcomes of them: being happier, more successful, more productive, and having a more balanced life.
Clients must take ownership of their problems, and be willing to make changes.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Life Coaching process will be based on purposeful conversations that inspire clients to create their best life.
The 3 main steps of the Life Coaching process are:
1) Discover who you really are
2) Define the goals you want to reach
3) Let your coach help you to reach those goals
OUR PROCESS TOGETHER:
During the life coaching process, numerous eye-opening questionnaires are used to deal with: life balance, unhelpful thinking patterns, limiting beliefs, core identity, core values, and defining the goals and priorities of clients.
To make the most of the life coaching process, clients must embrace it with determination and a commitment to self-development.
As French people commonly say: “One can’t make an omelet without breaking eggs”.
