Did you know that September is Self Care Awareness month?? Admittedly this is something I definitely struggle to carve out time for! Between kids, work and all the crazy schedules, sometimes that “me time” goes straight to the bottom of the list.
Self-care can mean different things to each of us, whether its a quiet cup of coffee, reading a book in bed, or a warm bath…it’s so important to create those small moments that make you happy and allow you to recharge! I personally know when I do find a little time for self-care, it has lasting benefits that I can carry with me in all aspects of my life.
Today I partnered with Walmart to share how with just a few quick updates can help you create your happy moment. I decided to finally clean off my cluttered bathroom vanities and create a calming spa-like retreat. For my bathroom refresh I started with some new organic cotton towels for our bathroom, nothing better than fresh fluffy bath towels right?! Such an amazing price, just $39 for a 6 piece set of high quality bath linens. This new Gap Home line is sold exclusively at Walmart and has some super cute bathroom accessories! I also snagged this new shower mat !

Saved my best self-care find for last, this amazing bath caddy tray ! I love the warmth it brings to the space, plus can we talk about function?! This tray has spots for my ipad or book, candle, and glass of wine! If that’s not the epitome of self-care I don’t know what is! It would also make an amazing holiday gift!
