Welcome to Life on Cedar Lane! It’s almost impossible to believe I started this blog 4 years ago! We had just moved into our newly built home, and a week later welcomed our 4th baby. With 4 kiddos ages 5 and under, the days were busy but I was having so much fun decorating our new home I decided to share the process as a creative outlet!
What I thought would be a fun hobby during nap time, has now become a full time dream job. I know first hand designing a home and filling it with furniture and decor can be stressful and expensive. My goal is to create and share beautiful spaces that hopefully inspire you and help with completing your spaces!
Mixing high end and budget friendly pieces has always been my style, and more importantly creating a beautiful home that can actually be lived in! I would classify my style as classic and comfortable, focusing on creating light and airy spaces that can stand up to family life with young kiddos!
