In mid-2020 construction commenced on an A-grade office tower opposite Eastland, with the dual aim of establishing a CBD-standard work environment on the metropolitan fringe and widening the addressable market for our retail partners.
The new 10-storey EastCo complex will be home to VicRoads' busiest customer service centre by early 2022, bringing new daytime vibrancy to the Eastland ecosystem.
This development forms part of an evolving business and public services hub encircling Eastland's Town Square, including the Maroondah City Council offices (opened 2020) and a Waterman Business Centres coworking facility (opening late 2021).
