Development: Hawker Walk
Hawker Walk is an all-new food precinct that will deliver pan-Asian cuisine in a traditional hawker-style market atmosphere. With construction underway, the open-air promenade will introduce more than a dozen innovative food concepts to Canberra Centre when it opens in late 2022.
It is the preliminary step in QICRE’s multi-year transformation of its 1500sqm site. The development seamlessly activates space between the centre and adjoining office towers at 224 Bunda Street.
Designed to meet the needs of business professionals and foodies, Hawker Walk will be pedestrianised to allow people to explore the area freely.

Office: 224 Bunda Street
One of the most prominent office towers in our nation's capital, 224 Bunda Street has been fully refurbished to serve a new generation of business leaders from mid-2021.
The streetscape and grand entrance lobby of this 12-storey landmark have been wholly refurbished to make the most of its favourable location on the corner of Bunda and Akuna Streets. The second-floor lift lobby - which connects visitors to the adjoining retail and dining amenity of Canberra Centre - has also been significantly upgraded and efficient destination-control lifts installed.
