Page Text: A growing future city
Castle Towers is the powerhouse lifestyle destination for Sydney’s growing outer-northern suburbs.
A major hub for the affluent and growing population of the Hills district, the centre blurs the line between retail, entertainment and neighbourhood culture.
With the opening of Castle Hill Station in May 2019, the centre is now seamlessly connected to the Northwest metro line that has seen the region emerge as a gateway to the CBD, Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury Valley.
In addition to the $180m metro mall added in late 2019, incorporating a vibrant fresh food marketplace, the centre also benefitted from a major rejuvenation of The Piazza dining precinct and central atrium in 2020.
The population of the total trade area is due to increase by 2.1% each year between 2018 and 2021, with 47% of households recording an above-average income of more than $130,000*.
