We proudly display our tick of approval as a registered COVID Safe business with the NSW Government. Our COVID-19 Safety Plan includes our commitment to the wellbeing of patrons & staff, hygiene & cleaning. Some of the measures that are in place to protect our patrons & staff include:
Deep cleaning sanitisation of our venues prior to opening
Increased cleaning schedules
Hand sanitiser stations available throughout our venues
Health and hygiene signage throughout our venues
Contactless Tap & Go payment facilities
Sneeze protection screens positioned at key customer service points
COVID-19 training for staff
How can you assist in keeping our staff and each other safe?
In accordance with best practice guidelines, we recommend all patrons adopt high standards of personal hygiene including washing hands and using hand sanitiser frequently. Patrons are encouraged to practice physical distancing from others, where practicable. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of COVID-19. Patrons who exhibit any symptoms whilst in our venues will be asked to leave.
Conditions of Entry
Under the risk management model Wests Entertainment Group has the right to refuse any person entry should there be concerns over health and wellbeing.
