Where to Park
Parking is FREE in the Pearson Square Garage. There are several spaces marked RETAIL or ARTSPACE that are available for use by our patrons.
Spaces that are NOT marked ARTSPACE are reserved for Pearson Square residents and you will be TOWED if you use these spaces. There is also 2 hour street parking in front of our space and overflow parking in the parking garage of the 400 S Maple building.
When To Arrive
The box office opens 1 hour prior to any show's start time. Whether you have purchased in advance or still need to purchase a ticket you MUST check-in with the box office.
While the box office opens 1 hour prior to show time, we typically do not allow patrons to begin seating until 30 minutes prior to show time allowing our actors and musicians to warm up on stage.
There is very little seating in our lobby/gallery area so if you have difficulty standing for any period of time we suggest you arrive at this 30 minute window to be seated promptly.
Seating is General Admission (first come, first served) so we recommend arriving prior to seating time to get your preferred seat. We are a small, 92 seat, black box theater though so there are no bad seats in the house!
If you require special seating accommodations, such as ground level seats to avoid walking up platforms or space for a wheelchair, and did not book an "Accessible" ticket online, do give us a call at (703) 436-9948 and we will reserve a seat for you.
