Since its incorporation Creative Cauldron has grown tremendously and has called the Little City of Falls Church home since taking up residence in ArtSpace Falls Church in 2009. OUR MISSION Guided by the belief that creativity is a fundamental need of the human spirit, Creative Cauldron is dedicated to providing affordable, enriching, and diverse experiences in the performing and visual arts to Northern Virginia and the greater Washington, DC community. Creative Cauldron gives people of all ages, incomes and backgrounds opportunities to connect and grow through the arts.  We create original productions, present a broad array of art and artists, and offer transformative educational programs in an intimate and collaborative atmosphere. OUR VALUES We provide a home for creativity in all of our programs - a nurturing environment in which artists and students feel they have the freedom to explore their ideas, and can achieve their highest artistic goals. We recognize that we live and work in a community with broad diversity (ethnic, racial, cultural, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability) and appreciate and value the richness that this brings to our lives. We embrace and encourage a diversity of voices, stories, and art forms, and reflect that in our programming. We foster an environment for intergenerational engagement and support the human family in all of its complexity through our educational programs, our theatrical productions, and our outreach in the community. We make our programs accessible and affordable, removing barriers that keep patrons unable to participate and enjoy the arts. We believe in equitable pay for artists and staff and that people should have an anti-oppressive, anti-racist environment to do their work and create artistry. We are a listening and learning organization that stays open to feedback from artists and audiences, with special attention to Black, Indigenous, People of Color(The Global Majority), LGBTQ+, persons with disabilities, and those who are underrepresented in our industry.
