Page Text: Initial Registration Pointers
Overview of FCKLL's online registration:
1. New to Sports Connect/Blue Sombrero platform? Fill out the Create New Account section on the Login screen. Then click on Create Account. (If you have previously created an account through another sports league like McLean Soccer, for example, Sports Connect's SSO login should merge your accounts automatically.)
2. Fill out the Primary Parent/Guardian Information section. If you wish to add a Additional Parent/Guardian’s email (to be cc’d on all Program-related emails), enter their information in the Additional Parent/Guardian Information section and click Invite Account User & Continue.
3. Select who you are registering. In most cases, select the first option -- a player you are registering. The middle option is if you are volunteering but you DO NOT have a player participating. The third option, registering yourself for the league, will not be used for FCKLL.
4. Fill out the New Participant Information section. Make sure your player's birth date is set correctly or it might not fall within the division parameters that Little League has set for FCKLL. Before hitting continue, enter additional players you intend to register by selecting +New Participant. This will make subsequent steps easier. Enter additional players, and then hit continue. (Note: If you fail to enter additional players now, you can "go back to step 1" in the upper menu and enter additional players at that point).
5. Select the Program (Tee Ball, Majors, etc.) for which you'd like to register your player.
6. Fill out all registration information.
7. Sign up to volunteer on the Available Positions page. Choose the position you’re interested in, and you will be prompted to complete information about the position. If you intend to volunteer for multiple roles, you will be required to fill out multiple forms, per Little League policy. If you do not wish to volunteer, check the box at the bottom.
8. Next, you will have the opportunity to make a charitable donation to FCKLL before checking out. If you are registering in the early-bird period, FCKLL kindly requests you consider donating your $20/player discount back to the league at this point.
9. Review your order. Any applicable early-bird and sibling discounts, or late-fees will automatically be applied. FCKLL will apply the mandatory (refundable) non-volunteer fee, as well. Please note, upon final checkout, the non-volunteer fee will be combined into your first player's registration fee.
10. Submit your order. You will also receive a confirmation email from FCKLL, detailing your registration. Please note that your credit card statement will indicate a charge from ProPay=Falls Church and/or Blue Sombrero, who is acting as FCKLL's payment vendor.

Uploading Documents
FCKLL and Little League International require all players submit the following documents, which you can do within the FCKLL website:
1) Proof of date of birth (birth certificate or passport)
2) Proof of either living within the district boundary, OR attending school within the boundary
Step 1: Log into FCKLL.org, and access your accounts in the upper right of the fckll.org homepage.
Step 2: Select the "pencil" icon to edit your player's profile, or if your account prompts you to upload Residency/School documents, you can also click there. Both links take you to your player's profile page.
Step 3: Upload all of the required documents (Residency, and DOB). Please be sure to hit "Save" at the bottom of the page. If the page does not save, you most likely have failed to upload all documents. Please review and resubmit.
Historically, FCKLL requested families upload a Medical Waiver. This will instead be required to be hand delivered to your coach at the first practice, so coaches have this information available while at practice/games. As of 2021, you do not need to upload the Medical Waiver.
