Page Text: Summer Camps – Kids in grades K-5 Full Day Summer Camp Programs Our Camp Si View and Camp RAD both offer opportunities for kids to create wonderful summer memories. We promote positive social interactions and problem solving skills by supporting children in making friends and developing age-appropriate social skills. Si View staff are energetic, compassionate people who will be a positive influence on your child's life. Camp hours are from 9AM-4PM with onsite extended care beginning at 6:30AM, going until 6:30PM. Camp spots may be reserved with a nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit of $50 per week due at the time of registration. Each week must be paid in full on the Monday prior to the week of camp you plan to attend. Camp Mini Si (K-1), Little Si (2-3) and Camp Big Si (4-5) are for students entering grades K-5th for the 2022-23 school year. Your camper will take a weekly walking field trip to matinee movies at the North Bend Theatre, play variety of sports and other games building many new friendships. Camp Little Si - (Grades 2-3) Camp Little Si is all about fun and games, and creativity with just the right amount of challenge to keep your camper engaged. Through group games, arts and crafts, swimming, walking fieldtrip to movie matinees and more, your camper is sure to have a blast, and also learn along the way while out of school for the summer! Camp Big Si - (Grades 4-5) Camp Big Si is full of fun and excitement as we explore a variety of activities throughout the summer. With our energetic camp leaders, your camper can expect busy days of age–appropriate learning through sports and games, and meet many new friends throughout the summer. Camp RAD (Grades 2-5) Camp RAD is for students entering grades 2-5 in 2022-2023, housed at Meadowbrook Farm Monday-Thursday and at Torguson Park on Fridays. Camp RAD takes a spin off the traditional day camp by including more time outdoors in the nature. Campers participate in a variety of activities from role playing, to arts and crafts, fort building, and trail blazing through mud – this camp has it all! Opportunities to try and learn new sports from biking to rock climbing await at Torguson Park each week. Camp hours are 9AM-4PM with onsite extended care beginning at 6:30AM, going until 6:30PM. Camp spots may be reserved with a nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit of $50 per week, due at the time of registration; each session must be paid in full on the Monday prior to the week of camp you plan to attend. Camp RAD Scholarship Thanks to a recent grant award, we have a new financial need-based scholarship just for Camp RAD. The scholarship can cover up to 100% of one camp week. This provides a unique opportunity for more students to experience our outdoor summer camps. Application is easy, but you do need to act soon, as camps fill up quickly.
