They sold our home at over ask in less than 24 hours! Than & Sara Nap Hooray! We just closed on this 4Plex in Cle Elum on Friday. Great condition and occupied rental. Everything is easy peasy when working with the Cascade Properties & Investment team. We purchased two properties through them and they also manage our Seattle rental.
