Page Text: About Basil Basil (eh, close enough) Basil has been a regular visitor to IMAO since 2004, and began blogging on his own blog late that year just to see if he could. (Spoilers: he can’t.) Nevertheless, he’s been a contributor at IMAO since 2008. Most of his involvement with IMAO is behind the scenes, although he does occasionally contribute posts. Basil is a Georgia native and resident, an Army veteran, and as such, offers a slightly different perspective on things. He also posts on his own blog every now and then for some reason. His name is pronounced “ Basil ” but many people make the mistake of pronouncing it “Basil.” Don’t make that mistake. Read Basil’s posts. I mean, what else you gonna do?
