How does Coveo predict what people need next?
It all starts by unifying a business’ content ecosystem. We call this indexing and we do it for a variety of content types from virtually any source. As users search and explore content, we capture contextual and behavioural signals to better understand intent and what content drives success. This interaction data fuels our machine learning models to create a predictive experience with ultra-relevant search experiences and content recommendations.
