How much time do I need to invest?
We find most of our clients invest about 60-90 minutes of their time for the Design Intake, and 60-90 minutes of their time working on the Initial Draft, for a total of 120-180 minutes.
Are photos included?
Yes! You can have as many photos on your website as you would like.
All of our Plans include professional photos from Pexels and Unsplash .
However, that does not mean that you are limited to just those two stock photo resources, these ones are just included within our software.
What is the difference between Start & Grow?
The Grow Plan is everything your private practice needs to start growing faster.
The biggest difference between our Start & Grow Plans is access to Social Genie , our social media and blogging automation tool designed specifically for therapists & psychologists. Social Genie gives you access to thousands of professionally written social media and blog posts. With pre-written social media campaigns discussing topics such as Relationships, Trauma, Self-Care, and many more! It really is as simple as a few clicks, and our system handles the rest.

What is your refund policy?
Even though we think we’re the best website solution for therapists, we understand that Brighter Vision isn’t for everyone. However, as we are a service-based business and spend a ton of time learning about you, your business, and building you a custom website, our ability to offer refunds is limited.
For monthly subscribers, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. For annual subscribers, if you decide Brighter Vision is not the right solution for you before your first draft is built, we will refund your full amount, minus the setup fee, first month, and a $100 cancellation fee.
I have my own photos. Can I use them?
100%. There can be some limitations in terms of size, quality, and aspect ratio, but we will work closely with you to ensure that you can use any photo you want.
Are your websites mobile friendly?
Yup! Every Brighter Vision website is built to be mobile responsive.
The current number of mobile devices and their screen sizes available to consumers makes it nearly impossible to guarantee your website will work perfectly for every single one. But that is why we offer unlimited support even after your website is published.
Is support included?
It most certainly is. Unlimited Support is included even after your website is published.
Any time you need to make a change, just email us and we will take care of it within 2 business days. If you would like, you are also able to make edits to your site independently and without the help of our Team.
Is my domain included?
Yes, one domain registration is included with your subscription. If your domain is already registered elsewhere, you can transfer it to us and we will manage it for you.
If at any point you would like us to transfer your domain back to you, we will do so in a heartbeat. You still fully, 100% own your domain name. And we do not charge any release fees.
I have a website with another company. Can I use that domain name?
Absolutely! We strongly encourage this as it will be beneficial to your website’s SEO.
Is email included?
Yes. On our Start Plan, you can receive two (2) standard email addresses with your domain name.
On our Grow Plan, you can receive up to four (4) standard email addresses with your domain name.
Any additional standard email addresses are $3.00 per month per email address.
HIPAA Secure email addresses are available for an additional fee.
How long does it take until my website is published?
The entire process can be as short as 2-3 weeks but may take longer if you spend more time in the Design Phase (on a case-by-case basis).
