Page Text: How much does it cost?
£3.50 per person, per month, excluding VAT.
What's a person?
A person (usually a staff member) is anyone you add to your account. When you add a new person to your account, they will receive an email allowing them to join Staff Squared HR.
What if the number of people on my account changes?
Any staff you add will be included in your next monthly bill. You can also easily end employment for staff and your next monthly bill will be changed to reflect this.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment.
When do I pay?
We have a 14 day FREE trial period. If after the FREE trial you choose to continue using Staff Squared HR (and we hope that you will) you will be asked to upgrade your account and set up your payment details. Future payments will then be made on the same date each month.
Are there any other fees?
No. We charge you once a month for the following month's subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any time, and we will not bill you again.
What if I want to cancel?
We'd be very sorry to see you go, but you can easily cancel your monthly subscription within your account at anytime. You will be charged for your current month, but then you'll never be charged again.
What if my company is a charity?
Contact us and we'll arrange a discount for you.
