What are the terms of use?
• When you purchase music or teaching printables in my store you will be granted a studio license. This multi-copy license allows the purchaser to print as many copies as they wish for their own students in a single studio.
• Electronic files are for exclusive use by a single person who purchased them and may not be shared with other individuals.
• Each teacher in a music school or business should purchase the files for their students.
• Electronic files or finished products may not be sold.
• There are no refunds or exchanges on digital products.
• Art is for exclusive use in the product only, and may not be reused in another document.
• All music, graphic design, and text are copyrighted by Susan R. Paradis.
How do I order?
• Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to CHECKOUT.
• Fill out your information. Be sure you put a check mark on TERMS OF USE.
• Click on PLACE YOUR ORDER.
• Pay for your order.
How do I download something I purchased on this site?
• When you order, you will set up an account. This will contain the links to what you order and will save them. To get to your account, select ACCOUNT from the top menu bar. When that opens, scroll down to ORDERS. Open that and you will find the links for your order.
• You will also be sent an email with the links, but we have found the emails often do not show up in your inbox, or are sent to SPAM or TRASH. If you don’t get an email, please check your ACCOUNT for your order link(s). If your recent order is not in your account and it has cleared through PayPal, please contact us with the name of the item(s) and the date of the order within 30 days of when your order was placed.
I did not get an email with the links, or I can’t find the links.
• Your links will be placed in your account when you order. The email with the links will be from Susan Paradis Piano Teaching Resources. However, many email providers will automatically put it in your SPAM or TRASH folder. You will always be able to get your download links in your account.
Why can’t I reset my password?
Usually when you can’t reset your password, it is because:
• You don’t have an account.
• You used an alternate email when you set up your account or have a typo in your original account email.
• You downloaded an item from the free site. There is no account for items from the free site due to software limitations.
I can find an item on this site.
• If you can’t find an item on the site, it is not available at this time. You may request items to be added to the store.
Can you send me instructions for a game that I have lost?
• It is not possible for the site to send missing instructions for individual games. When you purchase a game, the instructions will be placed in your account.
Why is something I purchased not in my account?
• Games were put in the store after 2020. You may think you purchased it, but it was actually a free item at the time.
• No account was created in legacy free items due to software limitations.
• You have to purchase or download a promotional item from the store in order to set up an account.
• Hover over the quantity box where the number of items are selected. Small arrows on the right side will appear when you hover. Click the arrows up or down with your mouse to add or subtract the quantity number.
Does this website take orders from Europe?
• Not at this time.
