In-Person Gait Analysis With an in-person gait analysis, you’ll get: Real-time, in-person feedback on running form Full write-up of your running form, including pictures, videos, and written report Exercises and drills to perform to improve your running form Virtual Gait Analysis With a virtual gait analysis, you’ll be asked to submit videos of you running at mile race pace. These videos should be of you running directly towards a camera, directly away from it, and you running past the camera. Before filming, please confirm that you are filming correctly. With a virtual gait analysis, you’ll get: Full write-up of your running form, including pictures, videos, and written report Exercises and drills to perform to improve your running form in-person gait analysis
