Page Text: About Us The Company Results Radio, LLC is proud to offer a stable family of thirteen FM stations serving the Sacramento Valley in Northern Califonia. From Rock to Country, CHR to Oldies, Sports to Hot Adult Contemporary, Results Radio has a station for every listening audience. We actively market each station through community-focused events, promotions and advertising. This increased community awareness, along with our experienced on-air personalities, attracts a loyal listening audience. Just as our stations have something to offer every listener, each station also has unique qualities that will benefit every advertiser. Selected individually or in combinations, our stations can help advertisers pinpoint the demographics of the people most likely to buy their products and services. Senior Management Jack Fritz CEO President and Chief Executive Officer of Results Radio, LLC, Jack is a second-generation broadcaster with over twenty-five years of experience in the radio industry. Jack’s broadcast career began in 1986 with the founding of Fritz Communications, Inc., licensee and operator of an AM/FM duopoly in Parkersburg, WV-Marietta, OH. In 1994, Jack, with partner Ron Castro, founded Results Radio, LLC, a northern California radio broadcasting company presently comprised of thirteen stations in four markets and with headquarters offices in Santa Rosa, CA. Jack has successfully managed the acquisition, start-up, integration and operational performance of each of Results Radio’s stations and markets, bringing together a team of extraordinarily talented and productive broadcast professionals. Jack is married to Tommie Dell Smith, with whom he has two daughters, Katherine Delene and Hannah Leigh. Jack is the son of esteemed television and radio broadcast executive, Jack Fritz and his wife, Marilyn J. Fritz. Barry Cooper CFO Barry Cooper is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and a member of the Company’s Operating Committee. From 1973 to 1997, Barry was a partner with Deloitte & Touche, where he served in a number of roles including Partner-in-Charge of the Firm’s New York and Connecticut Tax Departments. In that capacity, he consulted a variety of clients on tax and financial matters, and provided advice and consultation in connection with numerous client acquisitions of radio and television stations. Ron Castro CTO Ron Castro already had 20 years of broadcast programming and engineering experience when he started KRPQ from a construction permit in 1986. Starting as a weekend on-air shift personality in Levittown, PA in 1966, he went on to become morning drive personality at two of San Francisco’s top rated FM stations, K-101 and KSAN and was nationally syndicated on over 50 stations. Ron gained experience as an engineer while working at stations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Hawaii, as a Communications Technician in the US Navy, and a s owner/operator of KRPQ. During the station’s first ten years, he also served as the station’s General Manager, morning drive personality and Program Director. Ron currently oversees Results Radio LLC’s technical operations and former president of the Sonoma County Radio Broadcaster’s Association. Market Management Beth Tappan Market Manager Redding Beth joined Results Radio in 1999 as the Sales Manager for KKXS, Kicks 96. Soon after Results Radio purchased four radio stations from McCarthy Wireless, Beth was promoted to Market Manager. She has worked in radio in Redding for over 20 years, most that time in management. Beth resides with her family in Redding. She enjoys gardening, skiing, home improvement projects, water sports and cheering for her favorite sports team, the San Jose Sharks. Although, Sacramento is her home town, Beth is proud to call Redding home and loves being apart of this amazing community. Lucy Rice
