You can use Zip online or in-store.
At the checkout, choose Zip as your payment method. You’ll then be directed to the Zip website.
If it’s your first-time using Zip, you’ll need to apply for a Zip Pay account.
When shopping online, at checkout, choose Zip as your payment method. You will be redirected to Zip to complete your purchase.
To shop in-store simply log in to your Zip account when you reach the store checkout and select the Shop In-Store option from the menu. You will receive a 6-digit code to share with the cashier or a barcode for them to scan. Once the cashier completes your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from The Good Guys and Zip.
Repayments:
Zip Pay repayments are automatically direct debited from the payment method that you added when you created the account.
You can change the frequency of your payments to weekly, fortnightly or monthly, as long as you pay minimum $40 per month.
Alternatively, you can choose to pay off any of your purchases before their 'due date'. Any purchases you make during the month are due at the end of the next month.
What can I buy at The Good Guys with Zip?
You can use Zip at The Good Guys to purchase products between a minimum of $30 and a maximum of $1,000 (in total). Look for the Zip logo on the product page to see if the product is eligible.
Some exclusions apply, such as agency brands (including Miele, ASKO, Portofino etc.), Gift cards and eBay purchases.
Can I shop in store using Zip?
Yes, you can. Simply set up Tap & Zip to shop in store.
To get Tap & Zip simply download the Zip app, set up Tap & Zip by generating your Tap & Zip card and follow the prompts to add it to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
You’re now ready to pay with Zip using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

What are the fees associated with Zip Pay?
Your Zip Pay account has a monthly account keeping fee of $7.95. However, this is only charged when you have an outstanding balance at the end of the month.
You'll receive a statement with the closing balance of the month on the 1st day of the following month. You have until the end of the month to pay off your balance for the account to remain fee-free.
