I cannot thank Helen enough for the beautiful photos she captured of my two children.
When I first looked at the finished results, I was almost in tears! My eldest child can be a little shy when confronted with unfamiliar people. Helen’s warmth encouraged her to come out of her shell quickly and feel (more than!) comfortable in her presence.
Her patience is a testament to her work.
The studio was gorgeous and pristine. I was so worried that taking two children, (age 2 & 9 months), would make capturing them an incredibly difficult and tedious task and it was the absolute opposite.

Helen took photos of my newborn, Digby when he was three weeks. Being a new mum I was a bit apprehensive about how Digby would act at his first photo shoot but Helen put me at ease from the very beginning, she was very accommodating, letting me feed him etc just going with the flow. She was so relaxed and then Digby was really calm too. I actually really enjoyed it and I’m definitely going to get some done for his first Birthday. I couldn’t recommend Helen enough, she created a comfortable, enjoyable environment for us both. Helen worked her magic on Digby and to top it all of the photos were stunning!!!
* What are your prices for studio shoots?
It was a bit too tricky to incude prices on this page, as the shoots are all so different. Please get in touch on the contact sheet below, let me know what kind of shoot you’re after and I’ll happily send you the price options x
* What if my children don’t play ball?
All parents worry about this before the shoot. Almost the entire studio is great to photograph in so we take the kids lead and go with the flow. Taking our time is key. We let them settle and play for as long as they need. It’s always fine, I promise.
* Is your studio safe for inquisitive kids?
Yes, because I don’t use studio lighting equipment ther are no wires to trip over, or expensive equipment to break. It’s like any other room. Care has been taken to ensure that every area of the studio is safe for little ones to explore freely.
Is it best to come to your studio or have the shoot outdoors / at home?
It’s totally personal preference. I create the same, high quality, beautiful shots in all settings. If you’re unsure I’m more than happy to send you some images from all settings to help you make the best choice for your family.
Is you studio easy to get to?
Yes, my studio is in my back garden. It’s on an easy street to find. There’s lots of parking. The studio is really easy access from the driveway.
