What can I say, even I haven't explored all the wonderful nooks and crannies of Batangas. I already wanna go back there. Haha. For sure you can even make your future home a rental house if you want to have another source of income. Think of all the people raring to go on vacation in Batangas! 😉
But first let me give you a quick virtual tour.
Upon arriving at this place, you will see the Instagrammable signage at the entrance.
For sure once you get off the vehicle you are in you will feel the cool air in PHirst Park Homes Batulao. Oh no you are not in Tagaytay and yet you will feel the cold.
Before anyone can go inside, we'd have to drop by the sales pavilion first to register ourselves. No one can walk inside the grounds without first registering in this building. Unless you're there to construct the houses huh? 😏
By the way, don't be like me when I first went there. 😆 I didn't think it would be kinda cold so I left my jacket. For real I had no idea it would have a different temperature than the rest of Nasugbu.
Well, the coolness is tolerable but still if you stay too long you might feel the need to hug someone. 😂 Especially in December haha. I went there in the middle of that month and got slightly shocked. I kinda felt so unprepared. 😆
Facilities / Amenities
Did you know there are various neighborhood facilities and family friendly amenities here? Well here's a general overview.
There are more I could show you but perhaps I'll just share if you want to know about them. Hehe.
TURNOVER:
Currently there are many houses under construction. All units will be turned over Fully Finished. Just bring your own furniture and appliances and you are finally cozy in your new home! ❤😊

The earliest turnover starts this year of 2022 until 2025. When I went there several batches were already being constructed.
MODEL UNITS:
Of course looking at the actual units are better than pictures. For now I will show you the look of the model houses found inside PHirst Park Homes Batulao.
The Unna model unit is the home choice of the Philippines' first Olympic Gold medalist, Ms. Hidilyn Diaz. Out of all the sites she could choose from, she decided on this place. Hence this particular house design at this site has been renamed as Hidilyn.
Hidilyn and Calista models are both two storey homes while the Brenna model is a single storey home. The bungalow house model is only available at the Batulao and Lipa site. It is unique to those two places.
Brenna is perfect as a vacation or second home for seniors and others who prefer to live in a flat. 😊 But of course should you decide to expand and have a second floor in the future, you can definitely do so.
All of these are 2 bedroom units except for the Hidilyn/Unna model which is a 3 Bedroom home. Each one can be EXPANDED, while only the Calista units can be COMBINED to have a house with 3 to 4 bedrooms (or more).
