In addition to being the market leader in individual re-sales of downtown Knoxville residential properties, our company’s experience leads the downtown market in representing large, multi-phase development projects as well.
Kimberly Dixon Hamilton, founder
Having been a downtown resident for more than a decade, Kimberly is committed to downtown’s continued renaissance. She was among the first to become involved in Knoxville’s downtown residential boom and is the only real estate professional in the region specializing primarily in Knoxville’s downtown and urban waterfront residences.
Kimberly is a member of the Knoxville Chamber Partnership and Nucleus Knoxville, an organization that identifies, supports, and educates new dynamic leadership in the greater Knoxville area. Kimberly has been selected by the Knoxville Business Journal as one of Knoxville’s “40 under 40” business leaders. Kimberly is a member of the Leadership Knoxville 2010 class. Additionally, Kimberly has served on numerous boards of directors, including, The Historic Tennessee Theatre, Lindsay Young Downtown YMCA, Community School of the Arts, City People, Market Square District Association and UVA Club of Knoxville.
Kimberly is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
