Page Text: The winter meeting of the NCSL Executive Committee for the 2020-21 conference year was held online this year on Saturday, January 30, 2021. Pane_2_Col_4_B The Executive Committee, NCSL's elected, governing body, is composed of 63 members: seven officers, 30 at-large legislator members, four regional legislators from the Council of State Government, six ex officio members, and 16 legislative staff members. Pane_4_Col_4_8 Overview The National Conference of State Legislatures' Executive Committee is the governing body of the conference. The Executive Committee and conference officers have supervision, control and direction of the affairs of the conference, its committees and publications. It also implements the policies and supervises the disbursement of its funds. We are the nation's most respected bipartisan organization providing states support, ideas, connections and a strong voice on Capitol Hill. Members Resources
