However, with the introduction of the Sainsbury’s MyHR system for employee management, the company has completely neglected their front-end online presence for staff and managers. New employees are having a hard time logging in to their employee accounts, as the the traditional employee portal has been removed, and simply tasks like checking your payslips or applying for other Sainsbury’s vacancies have become daunting and confusing.
