TWC Mail has now become Spectrum Webmail.
Charter Communications acquired Time Warner Cable for $78.7 billion in May 2015, After the aquisition, TWC Mail ( or Time Warner Cable Email), and Roadrunner Email were both re-branded as “Spectrum Webmail”.
As a TWC Mail customer, you are still able to log in and access your TWC emails at the “Spectrum Webmail” sign in page.
How do I log in to my TWC Mail account?
The www,mail.twc.com website will now automatically re-direct you to the new login page.
TWC Mail Login:
To log in to your TWC Mail account, follow these simple steps:
Open your browser, and go to the Spectrum Email login page at: https://webmail.spectrum.net/mail/auth .
Type your TWC email address in the “Email Address” box.
Type your TWC mail password in the “Email Password” box.
Click the “I’m not a Robot” box.
Click on “Sign In”.
So, you will still be able to use your old TWC Mail address and correpsonding password to log in. It is just the login page, that has changed.
TWC Business accounts must log in at https://mail.twcbc.com, however.

Resetting your TWC Mail Password.
If you have forgotten your TWC Email password, you can reset it by doing the following:
Visit the official Spectrum Webmail login page (see above).
Click on “Forgot Email Password?” You will be re-directed to https://pt.rr.com.
Choose the “I don’t know my email password” option.
Type in your TWC Email Address.
Click on the “I’m not a robot” box.
Click on the Submit button.
If it is the first time that you use the Spectrum Password Reset Tool, you will be asked to confirm your modem/router MAC address, found on the bottom or on the back f the modem. Look for the letters MAC or EA (for example: MAC 00-14-ab-34-cd-5e).
On mobile phones, your MAC address is under “Settings”, then “About””.
Recover a TWC Mail/Spectrum Email Account.
TWC email and Spectrum email accounts are automatically locked after 6 months of inactivity. All old emails are still available in your email account, if your Spectrum Internet account is active.
To recover TWC/Spectrum email account, log in to your Spectrum account and click on the “Email” icon at the top right habd side of the screen.
