"Hey Rich, I wanted to say thank you! From the first day I contacted you, you have been really neat to work with! When things went South with my at the time webmaster I went to the internet to find a new webmaster . I seen you went to your website and gave you a call. I was kind of freaked out about my webmaster advising a discount that I did not approve on my website, you removed it while I was on the phone. When I ask to pay you for your time you declined, and said it was no big deal. I was like huh!! I knew then you weren't a money hungry computer wiz who would take advantage of my ignorance when it came to computers and websites. I had a crazy time getting control of my domain name from my former webmaster and you helped me the entire way till I got that great email saying the process was complete, and you even gave me pointers to make sure that did not happen to me again! And again you did all of this before you knew for sure if I was going to be a client! WOW!! Who does this!! Not very many people have that kind of customer service anymore! I also wanted to thank your staff for the AMAZING new and improved website you helped me design. My first website lacked so much and looked so amateur . I was very nervous when I contacted you wanting to re-design my website because I do not have a creative bone in my body and was scared to death that I wouldn't be able to explain what I wanted. With my website, for the most part that is my first point of contact and that's a lot of pressure lol!! It was unbelievable how with just a few questions from Anna she was able to nail exactly what I wanted and what was important to my website without me really having the right words to explain or communicate it. This entire experience has been extremely pleasant, and exciting the whole way. I love how Anna would give me sneak peak as she was working on the website before it went live! It was so awesome to see the different stages!! I cant say enough about you guys! I will tell everybody I know with all website needs! My hats off to you and your staff you guys are incredible!! Thanks again! I am excited to be working with a company like yours! I have added my email and where I'm from in hopes of making your testimonial page!! hee hee!"
