A WordPress Theme is a collection of files that work together to produce a graphical interface with an underlying unifying design for a weblog. These files are called template files. A Theme modifies the way the site is displayed, without modifying the underlying software. Themes may include customized template files, image files (*.jpg, *.gif), style sheets (*.css), custom Pages, as well as any necessary code files (*.php).
How to Install Theme from Dashboard?

You can download Themes directly to your blog by using the Add New Themes option in the Appearance sub-menu.
Log in to the WordPress Administration Panels.
Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.
Select Add New.
Either use the Search or Filter options to locate a Theme you would like to use.
Click on Install Now link to upload the Theme
Or use the Upload link in the top links row to upload a zipped copy of a Theme that you have previously downloaded to your machine.

How to add New Themes Manually (FTP)?
To add a new Theme to your WordPress installation, follow these basic steps:
Download the Theme archive and extract the files it contains. You may need to preserve the directory structure in the archive when extracting these files. Follow the guidelines provided by your Theme Spiral.
Using an FTP client to access your host web server, create a directory to save your Theme in the wp-content/themes directory provided by WordPress. For example, a Theme named Test should be in wp-content/themes/test. Your Theme may provide this directory as part of the archive.
Upload the Theme files to the new directory on your host server.
Follow the instructions below for selecting the new Theme.
How to Select the Active Theme?
To select a Theme for your site:
Log in to the WordPress Administration Panels.
Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.
From the Themes panel, roll over the Theme thumbnail image for the Theme you are interested in to see options for that theme.
You can view more information about any theme by clicking Theme Details.
A live preview of any Theme (using your blog’s content) can be seen by clicking Live Preview.
To activate the Theme click the Activate button.
Your selection will immediately become active.

A plugin is a software which contains a bunch of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. WordPress Plugins are composed of PHP scripts that extend the functionality of WordPress.
How to Install Plugin from Dashboard?
To add a WordPress Plugin using the built-in plugin installer:
Log in to the WordPress Administration Panels.
Go to Plugins > Add New.
Type in the name of the WordPress Plugin or descriptive keyword, author, or tag in Search Plugins box or click a tag link below the screen
Find the WordPress Plugin you wish to install.
Click Install Now to install the WordPress Plugin.
Click Activate Plugin to activate it, or Return to Plugin Installer for further actions.

There are a few cases when manually installing a WordPress Plugin is appropriate.
Download your WordPress Plugin to your desktop.
If downloaded as a zip archive, extract the Plugin folder to your desktop.
Read through the “readme” file thoroughly to ensure you follow the installation instructions.
With your FTP program, upload the Plugin folder to the wp-content/plugins folder in your WordPress directory online.
Go to Plugins screen and find the newly uploaded Plugin in the list.
Click Activate to activate it.

How to Install Pro Extension Plugin from Dashboard?

What to do before posting any questions in Forums?
Firstly read all the Documentation Provide by Theme Spiral on Related Theme.
Disable all Plugins that you have installed and recheck if something is not working.
Install fresh Copy of Themes/ Pro Extension. Try to remove files, code and scripts if you have added it manually.
If you still have an issue and not able to configure the Theme/ Pro Extension as displayed on Demo site then use Forums.
Note: Theme Spiral cannot provide support related to Bug/ Issues caused from any code customization. You need to fix it from your end.
