(Senior) Program Advisor
Are you passionate about water and connecting people and ideas? Canadian Water Network (CWN) is seeking a qualified Program Advisor or Senior Program Advisor. The role will help advance the purpose and goals of CWN and one of its central programs, the Canadian Municipal Water Consortium.

About the Role
The (Senior) Program Advisor works closely with team members to lead and implement various initiatives supporting the Municipal Consortium and other CWN programs. The (Senior) Program Advisor brings a flexible and adaptable skillset to convene water leaders from across Canada and internationally to share insights and experiences; curate research, information and knowledge for mobilization to network participants and beyond; clarify challenges and solutions for action; and connect network members and experts for advancing and accelerating action. Use your knowledge and understanding of systems thinking and collective impact to support a pan-Canadian Network of water leaders. This position reports to the Municipal Program Manager and works closely with the entire CWN team.
Work Arrangements
This opportunity is open to candidates who are located in, and eligible to work in, Canada. The (Senior) Program Advisor is a full-time permanent position; however, if this position excites you and you wish for a more flexible arrangement, please talk to us!
CWN is a national organization headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario (Eastern Time Zone). Our work is highly collaborative, and as such candidates must be comfortable working in a virtual manner across Canada’s time zones.
Due to COVID-19, all CWN employees are currently working remotely, and we anticipate that our post-pandemic future will be a hybrid in-person/virtual office model. Depending on physical location, the (Senior) Program Advisor might continue working remotely or participate in a hybrid model.
All employees of Canadian Water Network Inc. are required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated or have an approved accommodation.
